When billing for pulmonary function tests, can code 94727 be reported alongside 94726, and with which other codes is it permissible to report 94727?
From a billing perspective, do not report 94727 in addition to 94726. However, 94727 may be reportable with 94010, 94060, 94070, and 94729. Be sure to review the latest NCCI edits associated with lung volume reporting.
