All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. MedLearn Media, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with MedLearn Media, Inc.. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks & Personal Checks

MedLearn Media, Inc. accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. *Please note: These forms of payment are not accepted in the online bookstore. If you wish to place an order using one of these forms of payment, you may do so by calling Customer Care at 1-800-252-1578, ext. 2.

Shipping Policy

Most orders received before 5:00 PM Central Time will ship and be received within five to seven business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by MedLearn Media, Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. International shipping charges will apply to any orders shipped outside the continental United States.

Out-of-Stock Products

There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, products may be shipped from different warehouses. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.

Sales Tax

MedLearn Media, Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Minnesota. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a MedLearn Media, Inc. product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, MedLearn Media, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MedLearn Media, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MedLearn Media, Inc. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by MedLearn Media, Inc. without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of MedLearn Media, Inc. products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of MedLearn Media, Inc. products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. MedLearn Media, Inc.’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a MedLearn Media, Inc. or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether MedLearn Media, Inc. signs them or not. MedLearn Media, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Subscription Terms

MedLearn Media, Inc. and its sub-brands, MedLearn Publishing, RACmonitor, and ICD10monitor offer a range of subscription plans to their web-based platforms and annual based subscription products and offerings. As an express condition of your use of and access to the subscription plans, you agree to pay all fees applicable to your subscription plan, in accordance with the term associated within the User Agreement. Each subscription plan automatically renews for consecutive one (1) year terms unless either party notifies the other party, no later than sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then current term, of its intent not to renew, in which case the subscription plan will expire at the end of the then-current term.
