What status indicator has code 90416 been assigned in 2025?
For 2025, code 94016 has been assigned an APC status indicator of “A” and is payable to the interpreting physician or other qualified health care professional. Some payers and Medicaid plans such as Medi-Cal consider 94016 a professional fee only code.
