Raemarie Jimenez, a nationally recognized speaker and thought leader with over 30 years of healthcare industry experience, serves as President of Membership and Content at AAPC, supporting over 310,000 members across 52+ countries. She has shaped industry standards by aligning membership, product, and content strategies to enhance professional success. As AAPC’s first Chief Product Officer, she led product strategy for certification exams, distance learning, and education licensing. A coding liaison to the AMA CPT® Editorial Panel, Jimenez contributes to refining healthcare coding standards. Her career includes leadership roles at a large healthcare system and an education organization, where she advanced billing, coding, education, and client services. Dedicated to empowering the healthcare workforce, she emphasizes authenticity, empathy, and collaboration to improve patient care and satisfaction.
Pam Warren has over 34 years of experience in healthcare, having worked in billing, coding, practice management, compliance, and auditing. She has led coding, auditing, and CDI teams and currently works as the manager for regulatory billing audit at MaineHealth, Northern New England’s largest healthcare system. She earned her BS in adult education and workplace training from Granite State College and her master’s in health administration from St. Joseph’s College of Maine. Warren has served multiple times as a local chapter officer and is currently a member of the Portland, Maine chapter. A well-known local, regional, and national speaker for AAPC on a variety of healthcare business and career development topics, Warren also served from 2013 to 2016 as the region 1 representative for AAPC’s Chapter Association Board of Directors and from 2018 to 2021 on AAPC’s National Advisory Board. Earning her AAPC Fellowship in 2016, Warren has since sat on the education committee for HEALTHCON and is a frequent contributor to AAPC’s magazine.
