Effective October 1, 2017, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) granted outpatient prospective payment system pass-through status to the four drugs below:

| C9493 | Injection, edaravone, 1 mg |
| C9494 | Injection, ocrelizumab, 1 mg |
