 Fi-Med Management Announces New Healthcare Financial Data Analytics Tool

REVEALmd HCC RAF can identify all HCC gaps in just four clicks;
Supports transition from fee-for-service to value-based care

BROOKFIELD, Wisconsin — Fi-Med Management, trusted experts in the fields of financial healthcare management, compliance and risk assessment, and chronic care management, today announced the launch of its new data analytics tool, REVEALmd HCC RAF. This cloud-based analytics application is specifically designed for the transition from Fee-for-Service to Value-Based Care. In just four clicks, the tool can discover all gaps in the commonly used Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) coding—with corresponding revenue potential. Results include improved efficiencies, effectiveness, patient care outcomes, and revenue growth.

REVEALmd HCC RAF represents the company’s latest innovation, following its REVEALmd Audit, which was developed in 2010 to assist hospital systems and medical groups in understanding their providers’ risk and revenue opportunities. REVEALmd HCC RAF saves time and resources to quickly and effectively identify, train, and follow providers monthly to reinforce documentation and coding education.

“Being in healthcare for over 28 years, we continually reimagine, through data, our ability to level the playing field for providers with insurance carriers,” said Adrian Velasquez, President and CEO at Fi-Med Management. “That’s what we have achieved with REVEALmd HCC RAF.”

REVEALmd partners with Accountable Care Organizations, hospitals, hospital systems, and medical groups throughout the United States. Since 1993, Fi-Med has been working alongside healthcare providers and networks to maximize revenue and reduce compliance risk—from catching billing errors to providing high-level safeguards against compliance risk.

As a healthcare support and management industry leader, Fi-Med provides account receivables management (billing), credentialing, coding, chart review, education, lockbox, and other financial management and reporting services to physicians, labs, and medical centers nationwide.
